1. Using Nestlin
By creating an account or using Nestlin, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when applying for a rental or booking a stay, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Listings and bookings
Nestlin connects renters and travelers with landlords and hosts. We work to verify listings before they go live, but we don't own or manage the properties listed on the platform. Agreements around leases, house rules, and stays are between you and the landlord or host.
3. Payments and fees
Application fees, rent, and booking payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Fee amounts and refund conditions are shown before you complete a payment.
4. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
Nestlin provides the platform "as is" and isn't liable for disputes between renters/travelers and landlords/hosts, or for issues arising from a listed property itself.
